Before making the Ultima Weapon, there are a few things you need to do. First of all, make sure you are at least Moogle Level 3. You can’t make the Ultima Weapon without being able to use Serenity Materials. Second, in addition to the regular materials, you will need all of the games Orichalcum+s. Third, and most importantly, you will need the Ultima Recipe, which is found in the Mansion’s Basement Corridor in Twilight Town.
