How can I get the shine off a fake leather jacket?
Get a brillo pad on it – it might be less waterproof though. The shine isn’t because it is fake though, as long as you don’t mean glossy, because you can get real leather coats that are shiny or matt depending on the treatment. So its not as if people are going to look at it and think its a fake just because of the shine on it.
