best thing to do is cardio to lose the fat and increase endurance continue the push ups and so on a trick that i do im 15 i do pull ups every day 25 for right now but it doesw take time to get to that poit basically do as many as you can now change your pushups to this do 50 rest in between if you have to now the trick is with each pushup push your self off the floor and widen you arms and u change each push up like ths 1 diamond puchu up or hads close together thats one 2 when u push yourself off the floor set them to the standard shoulder width push thats two 3 like step 1 to 2 push off the floor and make the wide beyond shoulder with push up then work your way back to the inside so thats ( inside, standard, wide, standard, inside and so on also check this link it has good core focused work out remember the stronger the core the stronger everything else is cause all movement starts from the core whether its waving goodye or kicking a soccer ball
