How can I get started doing business with the County of Henrico?
The County of Henrico encourages all potential suppliers to register with eVA, the Commonwealth of Virginia’s electronic procurement portal. Registration on the site is the first step in doing business with the County. The Division of Purchasing and Support Services of Henrico County uses eVA to: (1) prepare bid lists for solicitations or fax quotes, and (2) distribute notices of solicitations to suppliers.
