Yes. Body weight exercises can be very effective. I suggest Insanity from beachbodyfitness.com — They also make p90x but thats all weights. However, it takes a much longer time to get larger muscles from body weight, than with weights and body weight combo. I would suggest purchasing a kettlebell in the range of 15-30lbs. Find a routine on the internet with swings, and do it with a combination of pushups, pullups, chinups etc. Kettlebells are a good source of strength cardio. Also, whey is good, but you have to watch the calories. The protein with milk mixture is intended to be a meal drink, or snack. Don’t drink it along with a full meal and another glass of milk.
