How can I get rid of weeds with out harming my flowers?
If you are going to plant flowers and not grow them from seeds, then look at a product called Preen. It is a granular product that you sprinkle on the soil which prevents weeds from growing. I don’t know how long it lasts, but you would have to re-apply it after a few months. Just read and follow the instructions. Or you can use weed fabric and lay the fabric over the whole area. Then cut holes where you want to plant the flowers. Put mulch on top of the fabric and around your flowers. Good luck.
