How can i get rid of tripped gas?
Try laying flat on your back, then take one leg and bend your knee to your chest and hold it there for about 10 seconds, then do the same with the other leg, then do both legs at the same time. Then put your feet back to the floor with your knees still bent and relax, take a few deep breaths and rub your tummy in a circular motion and then push from your rib cage down to your pubic bone 3 or 4 times, if you havent released any gas yet then repeat. Obviously this isn’t good if you have company or if you are in a place where you can’t do this so there are pills available. I know mint or peppermint tea has helped me but there are pills like beano etc.
