How can i get rid of the dead mice smells in the wall. My house stinks please help?
I agree with absent farmer….Nothing you can do unless you tear into the dry wall and pull that critter out. They will eventually stop stinking. For many years I had that problem, until I figured out that they were climbing in these open pipe things the previous owner had put in for roof drainage..Weird I know…(they are still there) I bought at the hardware store small holed hardware cloth (actually wire grid not cloth at all) double folded the wire large enough to cover the hole with enough to wrap around the outside of the pipe…and used the plastic ties to tighten up the wire. No more mice in the walls. Check the property for holes….and get the hardware cloth and use it for repairs…you can use a heavy duty stapler to attach it as well to cover roof vents and gable vents.
