Yes, there is a regimine of natural products that can be used, first you need to know about scabies: they are caused by the itch mite known as Sarcoptes scabiei, that burrows under the skin to feed and lay eggs. Itching is usually most intense when the person is in bed or after showering. You should have a skin scraping of the affected area to determine if in fact it is SCABIES. Also, the mites can remain dormant in bedding for months waiting for a warm victim to revive them. If you are given Kwell or other lindane-containing meds, it can be hazardous. I had scabies in college, and the products I used contained tea-tree oil which will kill, parasites, staph, strep, e-coli, bacteria and fungus. Fortunately it worked well. I still use the products because of so many other things that chemical cleaners contain.
