Any hot pepper will do the trick, if not get a dog. If that does not work get a gun. If you know where the cats live take the poo-poo put it in a bag and take it to the owners and tell them their cats have misplaced this it does not belong in your yard. Tell them to keep their cats inside, have consideration for your neighbors.
