If your system is under one year old it is still covered under warranty. For accessory replacement under warranty please call our customer care service (US Orders: 1-866-525-1969/Canadian Orders: 1-877-881-1969). Replacement accessories are free (you only pay a small shipping and handling fee). Click here to view the WaterWorks warranty.
