These can be reimbursed easily, through completion of a Petty Cash voucher form. This on-line fillable form should be printed when completed, approved by the appropriate signing authority and submitted to your petty cash custodian for reimbursement. If you do not know who your custodian is, the department’s Administrative Assistants should know who the petty cash custodian is.
