How can I get radiant, clear skin naturally?
To get lovely skin naturally, you need to eat a diet of fresh vegetables, fruits, grains, pulses and fish. You need to drink only water and herbal teas without milk – try green tea, white tea etc. You need to get outside everyday and have the sun shine on you and get fresh air. Air conditioned rooms with artifical light do nothing for your skin condition and tend to dry it out and make it dull. Excercise is really inportant too – anything that gets your heart beating fast. If you can, you should avoid wearing make-up altogether and just wear a good moisturiser with SPF 15. But i know i cant NOT wear make-up so if you need to wear it just make sure you have one day a week when you dont (mayb sunday). Maybe when your skin has inproved so well due to your new regime, you will be able to go without make-up (this is what im hoping for!) Wash your face with hot water and then splash with cold water. If you need to use a cleanser, try something natural like Liz Earle. Wear a good moisturiser
