How can I get paler skin like Kelly Osbourne for example?
ok…for the uneven skin tone try bio-oil then for the paler skin…um im not even sure i would suggest this as you should just try and work with make up that compliments your skin tone…however… i have travelled in asia and had to be very careful when purchasing deodorants, moisturiser and generally andy skin products as may of the products contained a bleaching agent (not good for me as i wanted a tan). they put bleaching agents in their skin products as they saw pale skin as being prettier…i must have been the most stunning woman in China at that time!!! LMAO!! hee hee so try ebay for these type of products…
