First of all 1,000 calories is beyond unhealthy so 500 calories is insane. Once you start eating above 1,000 calories again your body will use up every ounce of food you eat and store it as any possible source of energy it can, most likely fat. A big meal will most certainly not make you look fat as hell, it will make you look healthy as hell. When deprived of calories your body goes into survival mode. I promise you, at your height and weight you can easily eat around 1,400-1,600calories a day and still stay in great shape. EXERCISE! I cannot stress enough how important it is to work out. I don’t just mean go to the rec and run on a treadmill for half an hour, go to the rec. Start with a good lifting program, but no longer than a half hour with low weight and a lot of reps. then do cardio, maybe like 20-25 minutes on an elliptical. Working out will keep your metabolism higher, burning more calories. Plus by lifting your body will build lean muscle, which burns a ton of calories just t
