Woah, woah, woah. Slow down. There’s not a single muscle in your body that can get cut like that in just 30 days, no way. Abs especially take longer to make into a 6-pack. Since you’re saying you want a 2-6 pack, I’m assuming you don’t have any visible abs yet? Anyway, you seem to have the idea that loading a whole shitload of exercise on yourself will build muscle faster. That’s bound to do nothing but make you sore and make you give up quick. I played basketball for around 5 hours a day last summer, and I only had a two-pack by the end of it. Now, 8 months later, I almost have a six-pack (working on the bottom 2). Good news for you is that I didn’t do much isolation work on my abs throughout MOST of that time (only recently). Basically, in my opinion, the best way to tone your abs are to do a good variety of ab exercises and play sports.
