Answer Xing, Your local post office may not stock all the new stamps. Mine certainly does not. I buy all my new issues from the USPS Philatelic Catalog. The phone number is 800-782-6724. Once you are on the mailing list, they will send you catalogs (about four time a year) listing all the stamps the USPS issues. Its very helpful and convenient.
