How can i get my meringues white, rather than brown?
http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Ambrosia-Cake/Detail.aspx This recipe has a white meringue, but I think you just don’t bake it afterward. When you bake meringue you cause the sugar to melt together and brown creating a semi hard shell, so I don’t believe there is a way to bake a meringue without changing the color.
