How can I get my lawn to look like a golf course?
Go to the beach, get loads of sand and pour it into a wide hole on your lawn. Then dig a trench along one side of your garden and fill it up to make a water hazard. Then meticulously mow the middle of it, whilst letting the sides grow wild and free. Your fairway won’t be complete without a green, so get those scissors out and start trimming in a big circle. In the middle of the circle, dig a small hole and plonk a flag in it. Finally, kidnap a couple of old men, dres them in trousers and Haggar shirts and let them talk about Eagles, pars and bogies.
Have my husband cut it for you!! We have a landscaping business, all of his cuts look like a golf course. He uses a commercial riding mower and cuts in a 45 degree angle then crosses over the lines again the other way and that’s how you get it. If you don’t mind paying someone else to do it you can get a cut like that every week.
