How can I get my Doberman Pinscher puppy to slow down when he eats?
May i say that it is a dogs nature to eat quickly as when they were wild they didn’t know when they’re next meal was this is where the term wolfing it down comes from, the best way i found is what the other user said to get the higher up bowls you can buy them in all good pet shops, this may reduce the risk of getting stuck in throat as they are not bending as much to eat. Also if none of this works, try speaking to you’re vet as they deal with this type of question day in day out.
