This program is a farce. When a homeowner signs up for RecycleBank, there is no way for them to enter the identification code on their container to provide it to RecycleBank. So, if RecycleBank has no idea what your container ID is, there is no way for them to give you points, thus you don’t earn any rewards and RecycleBank has saved money.
