here is the cheapest hockey trick to build forearm muscle. Here is what you do: you get an old hockey stick, and cut it to a length of about a foot and a half. You then drill a hole in the center of the stick. Tie an old hockey skate lace through the hole so that the string is hanging down. Then find a few old pucks. You only need one, but two could also be used. Drill a hole in the middle of the pucks and tie the other end of the string to the pucks. Now you have your contraption finished. The exercise starts with you holding the stick horizontally with your hands on both sides. You hold your hands out all the way so your arms are fully extended. Then, using your wrists and forearms, you spin/twist the stick so that the string the puck is attached to slowly startes getting wound up. When it winds up all the way, you just start spinning the stick the other way, go slow and your arms will burn very quickly. This is a great way to strengthen your forearms, and is also made from all hocke
