If you want to see MIDG II data from the autopilot using the MIDG II Display and Configuration Program, then the MIDG II data must be passed through the autopilot serial ports to a PC. The MIDG II is connected to autopilot COM5.  The user has external access to autopilot serial ports COM1-COM4:  COM1 and COM2 are on the 44 pin APS connector, and COM3 and COM4 are on the 26 pin APX connector. There are two ways to pass data through the autopilot to one of these serial ports: 1) write an autopilot program to perform the pass through. See the AP_Examples\ap_tasks program on the CD for an example of how to accomplish this. 2) use the autopilot flash utility (AP_Utilities\APFlashUtil.exe on the CD) to capture the autopilot and then pass the MIDG II through to the PC serial port that captured the autopilot. Then open the MIDG II Display and Configuration Utility on that same port to see the MIDG II data.
