Where you get information, or provide information or comments, depends on what phase the rulemaking is in. If the rulemaking is in phase two, a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking has been filed with the Secretary of State that contains the names of persons to contact for information about the rulemaking. A listing of Proposed Rulemakings may be found on this website at www.azdhs.gov/diro/admin_rules/proposed.htm.
