Here is good home remedy. Almost everyone has baking soda. Put a table spoon of baking soda in a glass of water and pour on your hair and work it through. You will need a good conditioner afterwards because it really strips all of the build up out. Don’t do this too often because it can be drying. About every 2-3 months is ok though.
