Ok, first of all sounds like changing your hair this drastically at this point in your life isn’t a GREAT idea, but as a hairdresser, I know where your coming from. I would start with highlights, a lot of them. You aren’t going to get what you are looking for in your first visit to the salon. You’re hair is dark, so you are looking at a double process blonde, plus highlights, plus toning, I hope your hair is in good condition, and you have a deep pocketbook. Don’t even think of doing this yourself, you may end up orange. Go to a reputable SALON with a picture and a credit card.
