If, he has any kind of custody legally thru the court THEN he can take the kids to a doctor on his own for a dna test. If he does not, than you will need the permission of the mother of the kids to do so. All else false, your man will have to go back to court to have his request filed in court, court ordering the mother to do so. Since you are not a parent of these kids, for yourself, there is nothing you personally can do.
