How can I get cheap tickets to a Boston Red Sox game in Boston?
It is going to be wicked tough to get cheap tickets to a Red Sox game. Tickets aren’t cheap anymore since they have won 2 WS in the past 4 years. Tickets also go on sale for 2009 starting in Dec. My advice to you is to join Red Sox Nation Ultimate Fan Pack for 2009. You get 2 free tickets with your membership. When it is time to pick your game they give you a list of games you can choose from. Keep in mind they do not offer any Yankee games. I have this package and it was $109 for the whole thing, which wasn’t bad at all and I got a free tour of Fenway for a friend and I. Hotels are wicked expensive in Boston too, so you may want to try staying outside Boston if you can. If not you can try checking out the Howard Johnsons, or the Radisson and see what their rates are. Keep in mind during the summer they will be high because that is peak tourism time. Hope that helps you.
