How can I get CalWORKs program updates?
According to the Memorandum of Understanding, SAPC conducts Quarterly Provider Meetings for the CalWORKs program. Contracted treatment providers’ Executive Directors will receive meeting information via email. During the Quarterly Meetings, SAPC will provide updates of CalWORKs changes or any other related issues. Providers are welcome to ask questions and share concerns at the end of the meeting. Besides the Quarterly Meeting, SAPC also conducts a monthly meeting with the CASC Directors, where CASC related issues are discussed. Treatment providers are encouraged to attend the CASC Area meetings that are held by the lead agency in each SPA to receive updates periodically.
