How can i get buff in 2 weeks?
If you really want to get buff and in shape, it will take a commitment much longer than two weeks. Granted, you will probably see MINIMAL results within two weeks, but not enough to “get you buff”. Working out and gaining muscle is a long term commitment that takes hard work and strong will power. But it is WELL worth it to feel better mentally and physically. If I were you, I would rethink my goals and decide whether or not you’re ready to start working towards a better body. Just do me a favor: NEVER rely on “miracle pills”, “miracle diets”, or anything like that. They will not work. Good luck!
2 weeks is impossible. You won’t start seeing results for at least 4-6 weeks. There is no absolute quick way to buff up. 1. There is no such thing as spot reduction. That is a myth. All fat is burned equally throughout the body. 2. Drink a protein shake within 30 mins after working out. 3. Do 4-5 sets of each exercise (High weight, Low reps) incresing the weight each set. 4. Do not rest between sets. 5. The only way to gain a lot of muscle in such a short period of time is to take steroids. They are not only illegal but harmful to your body. 6. Do not work the same body part every single day. Muscles need 48 hours to grow. 7. Do not go to the gym more than once a day. That is overtraining and you will not see results.
