How can i get better at cheer stunts?
If you want to get a really good scorpion, make sure you stretch your legs (splits, high kicks) but also stretch your back out (backbend with straight legs and knees together is the best way to stretch your back) To keep your balance better in the air, practice standing on to a soup can and pull heel stretch / arabesque / scorpion & remember to pinch those pennies (squeeze your but) & keep you stomach tight and leg(s) locked.
