How Can I Get Ballpoint Pen Ink Stain Out Of Clothes Where The Pen Exploded In The Dryer?
My 12-year-old added 3 pairs of khaki shorts to a light-colored load of clothes without realizing he had a ballpoint pen in one of the pockets. My husband threw the clothes in the dryer this morning and the pen exploded leaving ink stains on every piece of clothing (about 15-20 pieces) in the dryer. The clothes were almost dry when the problem was discovered. I saturated all the stains with Shout and rewashed them, but none of the stains have come out. Help!
