whoa! We don’t need your address. This is an open forum. You can get your information right here. You can’t get access to your email account if you can’t prove who you are. Think about that answer to the security question. Hopefully you didn’t get creative like we sometimes are with our passwords, and gave actual true, factual information as your answer. The whole point of the security question and answer is to guarantee access to an account should we forget our password. So it has to be something we can’t possibly forget. For instance, someone forgot their father’s name. Another couldn’t remember their zip code. That had to have made something up, rather than giving a true answer. So hopefully, you did give factual information, and if you think about it some more, you’ll remember that answer. Otherwise, you are out of luck.
