How can i get around blocked websites?
Without using proxy servers or IP addresses, there’s not really a whole lot you can do besides using a different network. Typically, internet filters check the domain name and/or the content inside the web page, i.e. you must change the name or the content inside it that can be checked, which can be done through using the IP address or a proxy server, if you actually go through the filter. In regards to bypassing the filter, there’s generally a password for disabling/bypassing it on a computer, which you might be able to crack relatively easily, but is it really worth THAT much trouble? Your other option is to log onto a different network, in which case the only thing you can realistically do is use a wireless access card, assuming some networks are within range of your school. That would entail getting a USB wireless network interface card from a computer hardware store like Best Buy. Of course, it is a felony to log onto someone’s network and use their bandwidth without their consent
