How Can I Get an Upgrade Using Skymiles on Delta?
SkyMiles is Delta’s frequent-flier program. Members earn miles by flying with Delta and doing business with Delta’s partners, which include other airlines, hotels and car rental companies, among others. Once they accumulate sufficient frequent flyer miles, members can redeem them for upgrades to first- or business-class tickets or for other types of award travel on Delta and some SkyTeam partners.
