Get a data cable for your phone, or get a bluetooth dongle for your computer. Make sure it is not a cheap dongle, some of them only allow one-way traffic. It is losing favour, but some PCs and phones still have infrared ports. Or maybe you could email it to your phone, if the attachment isn’t too big.
