For the comforter and carpet, try some OxyClean. If that doesn’t work, go to the Hardware store and get paint thinner or paint remover. For the dresser, MAGIC ERASERS. They work wonders for people with toddlers. I got permanent marker off a toy box with the magic erasers. Good luck.
