How can I get access to UpToDate, Ovid, or MDConsult from my office or home?

UpToDate is only available per our license from within our campus network. Attending physicians can ask the Library for an id/pw to access Ovid and MDConsult from home/office. Call us at 600-3240 or email us at cpmclib@sutterhealth.org. UpToDate contains detailed summaries, frequently updated on many medical/surgical topics. Ovid contains over 200 full text journals and over 50 full text books linked from the Ovid search engine, PubMed, as well as the Library’s own database Our Journals and Books Online. MDConsult is a family of electronic resources that includes online books and journals linked from the MDConsult search engine, PubMed, and the Library’s own journal and book database.
