I would go back in and state that there was nothing posted about it before you bought the product. If she says she still won’t refund you, tell her that you will be filing a claim with the card company because they did not say anything until after you purchased it.

They do NOT have to refund or credit you anything. Take the store credit and be happy. Once you buy something it is YOURS. Stores can take it back, but do not have to take anything back.
