I had the same problem when getting a shiny arceus egg. It was supposed to have the Wonder Guard ability but it came with the normal ability. It was also not shiny. PokeSav eggs do not work very well, so just make it into a regular Pokemon, not an egg next time. I dont know whats wrong, but dont use their egg feature. Do not do any of the egg options, just skip over them to get a non-egg Pokemon.
