How can I get a license for a temporary event that includes food service?
You must apply for a temporary license from the department, submit a list of all food items to be served and attend a review meeting with one of our food inspectors to go over the State’s temporary event guidelines. The fee is $35.00, but non-profit organizations are exempt from the fee requirement. (Form available on website).
