How can i get a flat stomach and loose stretch marks?
For your stomach to be flat you have to burn off the fat that is on top of the muscles. Running is a great way to burn calories, and 1 pound fat = 3100 calories. That being said, I would wear a watch while running that tells me how many calories I am burning. I would also add other workouts to my week – spin, swim, weight lifting, group actvities like circuts training…. Change your workouts every 2-3 weeks by adding new activites, increasing intensity, etc to keep yourself from “hitting a wall”. Count your calories!!! I know, this part sucks! But here it goes. The good news . . . just being alive burns calories! Yippi, your already ahead of the game! The bad news, you have to burn calories on top of that to be able to loose more fat. If your boby burns 2000 calories just being alive (number is for example only, and doesn’t represent an actual value for you.) if you eat 2000 calories, then you are breaking even. You will not loose nor gain weight because you are buring the same amount
