How can I get a copy of my “Information for Determining Federal Tax Benefits for Higher Education Expenses” (Financial Supplement)?

It’s easy! Just use the Tax Credit Reporting Service (TCRS) student site at http://www.1098t.com/. • Click “Access My Record.” • Log in to the system according to the instructions, setting a PIN number if necessary. The University does not supply a PIN number to TCRS on your behalf. You are not required to use either your TELE or your Financial Aid PIN number at this site. If you have difficulty with your PIN number, contact TCRS toll-free at (877) 467-3821. • Select the tax year of interest from the drop-down menu box. You may retrieve a financial supplement for the current year (the default selection) or the previous year (if applicable). • You may print as many duplicate copies of your financial supplement as desired. Note that you do not include any copy of this form with your tax return. • You may also click any links displayed in Parts 1 through 4 of the financial supplement to obtain details about the transactions that were compiled into the totals.
