How can I get a copy of a birth, death and marriage registration that has not yet been released publicly?
The British Columbia Vital Statistics Agency provides a genealogical service which can search for records, and under certain conditions, can provide information from registrations that cannot yet be released to the general public. The fees for these services are outlined in the British Columbia Vital Statistics Agency Fee List. The agency can produce a genealogical certificate or a certified photocopy of the original registration.
