Add &geocode=1 to the end of the query string. For example: http://www.www.Spreadsheet-To-Map.com.com/cgi-bin/gmb?_cgifunction=form&_layout=displaymap&keyval=files.file_id=353&geocode=1 (with &geocode=1) in a different color and/or bold text.
