How can I fix the Fisher & Paykel Smart Drive 051?

My Fisher & Paykel Smart Drive 051 won’t go through all its cycles automatically. It stops continually during a cycle and I have to advance the cycle or totally stop the cycle and advance it manually. What can I do or who can fix it? I believe it is over using water and I can’t leave home while I run a load as it just keeps beeping. Where can I get the instructions on taking it apart if there is no simple answer or I can’t get a technician to fix it?
