How can i fix my washing machine Tricity Bendix Washer 1000 AW 1053W?

The hot water runs into the machine but I can’t get the cold water to run. The hot water is too hot for the machine and damaging clothing. The machine is a Tricity Bendix Washer 1000 AW 1053 W with pipes for hot water and cold water but only hot water pipe is working.
