How can I fix my Thetford Porta Potti C2?

The Thetford Cassette Porta Potti will not flush. I have replaced the small 2.5 amp fuse and still no flush. There is water in the tank. I have checked the main fuse block and all fuses are ok. This toilette is fitted in a Talbot Express Autosleeper conversion. If I need to remove the toilet, how do i go about this? Please, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
