I have an upflow natural gas RUUD furnace. The heat cycle is very short (about 15-20 seconds); it stays off for about 1-3 minutes and then kicks on again for about 15-20 seconds and so on. The house is still cold. I have had a technician look at it with no luck. Any ideas to remedy this would be welcome. Thanks.
