How can I fix my Pfaff Tipmatic 1151 sewing machine?
The machine belonged to my mother and I wanted to know if there is a way to repair it myself instead of trying to take it to a shop because It will cost me the same to fix it as opposed to getting a new one. The timing is off and there is a part on the the top when I thread the top thread it snags while sewing. I was told that there is a plastic part on it that may need to be replaced because it could be broken. Any information would be helpful thanks.
